NOTICE TO OUR VALUED U.S. CUSTOMERS
Important Information Regarding Tariffs and Duties

As part of our new solution for shipments to the U.S., Grimsmo Knives will cover the cost of any duties and tariffs as well as increased shipping costs. We do not anticipate any duties/tariffs being charged directly to you, the customer. If you receive any duties/tariff charges, please reach out to us at support@fullgrimsmo.com.
All orders are made and shipped from Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada.
All of our products are available by shipment only (there are no physical/in-store pickups).

We offer free shipping on all knife and pen orders. Currently, we are shipping most of our international and domestic orders with FedEx. If FedEx is not a preferred provider or not available in your region, please send us an email requesting to change the shipping provider. In the event that FedEx is not available, we will ship with either Canada Post or UPS.
(Canada Post will transfer to the destination's local postal service upon clearing customs.)
If you would like to request for a signature on delivery, please send us an email at support@fullgrimsmo.com providing your order number or product purchased. The order will otherwise be shipped without the request for a signature.
Guide Shipping Protection
Guide Shipping Protection is an optional service that Grimsmo Knives offers on all orders made through our online store. Guide provides protection for shipments that are damaged, lost, or stolen. PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping times depend on your location. Orders with a shipping destination with North America typically arrive within 5-14 business days. Orders travelling outside of North America are subject to longer shipping times, and may incur additional processing times when crossing international borders.

IMPORT FEES
Depending on the destination, there may be taxes, import or brokerage fees to pay upon delivery. If you are not sure, we strongly recommend you look into your country's import tax rates before ordering.
We DO NOT cover import fees on delivery. If there is an issue with the product and it has to be returned and/or refunded for any reason, we DO NOT refund import fees.

The declared value on each package will be in Canadian dollars. We convert every order to closely match the price in US dollars. We will not undervalue any package under any circumstances to avoid import fees upon delivery to any international country.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Unfortunately, we have had issues in the past shipping products to the countries listed below:
Countries we do not ship ANY PRODUCTS to:
Russia
Ukraine
Countries we do not ship KNIVES to:
United Arab Emirates
Saudi Arabia
China
Thailand
Shipments to these countries will continue to be restricted until further notice.
