GENERAL INFORMATION

 

All orders are made and shipped from Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada.
We offer free express shipping (Canada Post Xpresspost) on all knife orders and free standard shipping (Canada Post Tracked Packet) on all pen orders. We only use Canada Post, as they offer the best rates for shipping domestically and internationally. The packages will transfer to the local shipping provider upon arrival to the international country.
 
All of our products are available by shipment only (there are no physical/in-store pickups).
We require a signature on delivery for all knife orders. We do this to ensure they are safely delivered to you. You can request to not have a signature on delivery by sending us an email at support@fullgrimsmo.com.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping times depend on your location. Orders with a shipping destination with North America typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders travelling outside of North America are subject to longer shipping times, and may incur additional processing times when crossing international borders.

 

IMPORT FEES

 

There are no import fees for shipping to Canada or the United States. Other countries may have various import laws. Please check the import laws and applicable import rates of the country you wish to have your product shipped to before purchasing. We DO NOT cover import fees on delivery. If there is an issue with the product and it has to be returned and/or refunded for any reason, we DO NOT refund import fees.

Shipments to these countries will continue to be restricted until further notice.
