Returns and Refunds

Returns:

Please contact support@fullgrimsmo.com to inquire about starting the return.

Please provide the order number, product name and reason in the email.

 

Standard Product Return:

We accept all product returns within 30 days of delivery. We will ask the following questions before starting the return process.

1. Were there any problems or defects with the knife upon receiving it?

2. Did any damage happen after receiving the knife?

3. Has it been used to cut or pry anything?

If it is determined that the product is not defective, we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx return label. If the return is located outside of Canada, we will also include a commercial invoice that must be attached to the outside of the package.

We will then deduct the cost of the return shipping from the final refund. This cost can vary depending on the location, likely between $20 - $50 USD.


Defective Product Return:

If the product is defective or has problems with functionality upon 30 days receiving, we offer 2 options: return the product for a full refund or offer to return and repair the product for no cost and ship it back to you. 

If this is the case, please provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect which we can cross reference with our internal archive. We stand behind the quality of our products and address any manufacturing defects with the utmost urgency. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns with your Grimsmo knives or pens.
